Project Policies:
Project Scope: The project scope will be defined based on a questionnaire sent to the client after purchase. Any additional requests or changes may incur extra charges.
Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the receipt of the completed questionnaire and all required materials. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront before the project begins.
Copyright and Usage: Clients receive full rights to the final design. One Design retains the right to showcase projects for promotional purposes.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must complete the questionnaire and provide all necessary content, including text, images, and branding guidelines, before the project begins.
Designs Only: The service includes digital designs only; physical prints are not included.

Certainly, it’s important to be clear. Immediately upon registration, you have the ability to upload your project outlines to our designated Notion design board. Each brief is addressed sequentially, ensuring a steady and perpetual workflow.
Within our service framework, “limitless” signifies rapid, reliable, continuous, and non-stop work, rather than being infinite in scope.
Typically, designs are delivered within one to two days for most requests. Complex projects may require additional time.
Recognizing that there might not always be a steady stream of design needs to occupy a full month, the option to pause your subscription offers flexibility for those times when you have limited design requests, such as only one or two projects currently.
Billing cycles are determined on a 31-day basis. If, for example, you activate your subscription and utilize the service for 21 days before opting to pause, the billing cycle freezes, leaving you with 10 days of service that can be utilized at any future point when needed.
